Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Dotcomuntld@gmail with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
SIZING
Please review our size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production or fulfillment may already be in motion.
